“If I do what you tell me what to do, I get results. If I don’t, I get nothing.”
Those were David’s exact words to me last Friday.

“That’s the benefit of having a personal trainer in your corner,” I told him. David is down over 10lbs since really getting back on track 2.5 weeks ago.
