I got diagnosed with osteoporosis and the doctor recommended medication. I refused to take the medication and decided to try weight training. My son was coming to AB Fitness Center and he recommended me to come and try it out. I called and I am so glad I did. When I walked in the door everybody was so friendly and welcoming that it calmed my nerves. After never having worked out ever I was very self conscious and the staff made me feel so comfortable. I like the well designed nutrition plan. It is very easy to follow and actually couldn’t believe how much I was under eating! It’s been about 2 months and I can’t believe how much progress I have made! I was always afraid to get hurt and the staff teaching is so in depth it makes it easy! I never felt this good, had this much energy in my life at 60 years old! My husband can’t believe how much energy I have. Losing weight during menopause can be impossible.
