This is a bit of a unique transformation as James before picture was actually when he was doing keto and not eating any carbs.
James actually lost weight before his “before” picture here but he was struggling to get leaner beyond that point.
Following the keto fad that is very popular he had gotten some results but not everything he was after.
When James came to us we suggested to actually start consuming carbs but to monitor his total calories and protein intake much more efficiently.
The result? He lost 11% body fat which was 25lbs of pure fat.
