Those were the words Gabriella told me during our initial assessment. Gabriella felt like most moms due after they have their second baby. Frustrated and stuck. Her old body seemed so far away and she was at a plateau. “I don’t understand I am eating so healthy but have not lost a single pound”.
During our assessment, I explained to Gabriella that our training solution is going to be the advantage she needed to get a body better than before. I told her I think at the stage you are at ONE time per week for 30 minutes is all you need. Yep you read that right One time per week and not for hours…just 30 minutes
