She found 30 minutes a couple of times a week in her busy schedule to INVEST in herself so that:
– She can be a better mom ๐คฐ
– She can get control of her body ๐
– She will be healthier in the future ๐ฆพ
– She can be a better example to her daughter and get leaner and more toned ๐ง
In addition to completing 50 sessions, she also is extremely diligent with her nutrition ๐ฅ!
