Kelly Celebrates 50 Personal Training Sessions

Summer is just beginning, the kids are almost done with school, and you have vacations planned and a ton of summer outings.
I know life is extremely busy, but you need to make time to take care of your fitness.

The industry data tells us that a personal training client will typically do 6 or fewer sessions before they fall off or give up.

Here is Kelly celebrating her 50th session with AB Fitness Center ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

She is:
– 50 sessions stronger ๐Ÿ’ช
– 50 sessions leaner ๐Ÿ‘™
– 50 sessions with fewer pains ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
– 50 sessions closer to her goals ๐Ÿ†

She found 30 minutes a couple of times a week in her busy schedule to INVEST in herself so that:
– She can be a better mom ๐Ÿคฐ
– She can get control of her body ๐Ÿ’ƒ
– She will be healthier in the future ๐Ÿฆพ
– She can be a better example to her daughter and get leaner and more toned ๐Ÿ‘ง

In addition to completing 50 sessions, she also is extremely diligent with her nutrition ๐Ÿฅ—!
