what form of exercise should i do that wont trigger my eating disorder

Suffering from an eating disorder isnt good. Certain exercises can actually make it worse.

For example focusing on cardio based workouts will increase your appetite instead you should focus on what Brianna and I discuss in this video. 

Brianna suffered from an extreme eating disorder and she was able to overcome it with AB Fitness Center and was able to lose over 80lbs
