Personal Training in Small Groups

Small group personal training gives you expert coaching, a clear plan, and the support of a small group setting.

Our small group sessions are designed for busy people who want personal attention without paying for fully private 1-on-1 training.

Each session is coached with an ideal 1 coach to 6 client ratio, so your trainer can check your form, adjust exercises, and help you train safely.

This is a great fit if you want to build strength, lose body fat, improve energy, and stay consistent in a private personal training studio.

1-on-1 Personal Training

1-on-1 personal training is our most private coaching option.

This program is built for people who want more individual attention, more exercise adjustments, and a personal training plan designed fully around their goals, injury history, fitness level, and schedule.

1-on-1 personal training may be a better fit if you are brand new to exercise, working around pain or injuries, or want a fully private setting with your coach.

Every session is focused, coached, and built to help you get stronger without guessing what to do.
