This is a 3x/week total body strength training program that you can do in any of our AB Fitness Long Island locations, or use to stay consistent while traveling.

You’ll work each major muscle group across 3 short sessions per week — with YouTube links for each exercise so you can learn proper form.

Every session is under 35 minutes. Every movement is joint-friendly.
We also customize this in-studio to work around injuries or limitations — perfect for adults over 40 who want smart training without pain.
